AskBox is an AI-driven chatbot service dedicated to providing users with real-time responses to their inquiries. We focus on developing reliable and interpretable AI systems while ensuring user privacy and data security.

2. Account Creation and Access

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required to consent to use the Services in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

2.2 Creating Your Account

To access our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This information will be used to communicate with you regarding our Services.

If you register using an email address associated with your employer or another organization, your account may be linked to that organization's account. You acknowledge that AI technology is continually evolving. Therefore, Responses may not always be accurate or reliable. You should independently verify any information provided by our Services.

4.3 Use of Materials

We do not use, store, or analyze any user-generated content or materials for training or any other purpose. Your submissions are processed in real-time, and we do not retain any of your materials after the interaction ends. We are committed to ensuring your privacy and confidentiality regarding any content you provide.

5. Feedback

We welcome your feedback regarding our Services. If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without any obligation to you.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Subscription Fees

Access to certain features of our Services may require payment. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for any applicable fees.

6.2 Non-Refundable Payments

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

6.3 Subscription Terms

If you subscribe to our services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Third-party AI Model Providers

AskBox uses third-party AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Groq, etc.) to provide chatbot service. The use of your content by these providers for analysis or further training is subject to their individual policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the third-party AI providers for more information.

8. Software Updates

We may provide updates to our software without prior notice. If there are any conflicts between these Terms and other applicable terms for our software, the latter will take precedence.

9. Ownership of Services

The Services are owned by AskBox and our affiliates. We retain all rights, title, and interest in our Services, including intellectual property rights. Your access to our Services does not grant you any ownership rights.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASKBOX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ASKBOX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ASKBOX HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Changes to Services

We may modify or discontinue our Services at any time without notice. We will strive to provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

11.2 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11.3 Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete any associated data.

11.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Vietnam.
